Once again we have the nesting pair of Osprey back in Gwynedd. RSPB have set up their usual site which has all sorts of cameras and telescopes to look at the birds. Well worth a visit. Hoping for more chicks this year....

It's really weird. I'm now living in the location I used to visit for holidays, and this morning I've found myself watching lots of tourists with caravans drive through the village and was quite disturbed by the influx of people. Went back to the doctor yesterday and it's not glandular fever!!!! Hurrah!!! But it is a nasty bacterial thingy that is currently failing to clear despite seven days of penicillin. So.. more pills if I'm not better by tomorrow, and more time off work. At least I now get real sick pay rather than statutory. I am doing a bit better though. I ( Read more... )
