Last week, I was waiting for my name to be called at the Cardio clinic. I was there to have my ECG results interpreted and eventually get clearance for a minor operation that I was to undergo. There were at least 9 people ahead of me and most of them were senior citizens.

The other night, I slept at 5am and then woke up at 8am. My body is not used to getting only three hours of sleep anymore and I was dizzy and lightheaded for most of the day yesterday. Summer has officially begun in my part of the world and the days have been getting hotter and hotter, especially around 2pm. Yesterday, I was driving for around 3 hours coming from my house in Antipolo to my sister’s condo in Taft. The drive was 35.6 km in all.
