It really does make me sick that people can behave like that. Terrible that the police weren't able to get there, worse still that nobody else helped.

I hope your brother and father are ok. They really should look into compensation - the victims of crime thingy is available. I'm sure there will be video footage from the station to back up the case. Big Brother is sure to have been watching.
