Is the worst. Glad the end result = me in Brooklyn. Had a meltdown. I'm sure another will occur. 11 days til I arrive and see my dood again.

I love Brooklyn
Waiting to turn in our application for an apartment in Park Slope and hanging out at Union Hall. I love this place. It's cozy and full of books, booze, food, and bocce ball in the back. So neat.
Fingers crossed that this apartment search is over before it really starts!

Got a packet in the mail today accepting me into a law school. I'm glad I received an acceptance before a rejection. Those are sure to come but at least I won't feel totally worthless!
Unfortunately, the packet did not also contain a check for a million bucks! -

Today we head back to sunny AZ from cold & rainy Chicago. I'm so bummed! We ended up.scoring last minute tickets to Sunday's show so we got to see the dismemberment plan twice & I'm so glad we did. Saturday's show is one of the best concerts I've ever seen, which is saying a lot! So freaking amazing. Even better is that I never thought I'd see them ( Read more... ) -

Hanging out at Sky Harbor airport waiting to head to Chicago where I will be seeing the Dismemberment Plan at the Metro. Can't. Fucking. Wait.
We will also be seeing some friends we haven't seen in five years or more. Good times ahead! -

vacation!
heading to the heartland tomorrow where i will eat at hu hot, drink caribou coffee, see friends, see family, see the creature comforts reunion show, meet people i've known forever for the first time, and hopefully relax and read books every now and then. cant.freaking.wait. work has been absolutely crazy so a break is very welcome ( Read more... )
