Gosh it's beautiful out. About sixty in the shade, cool enough so when a breeze blows goose bumps appear, and the sunlight feels like it's lighting you up from the inside. I've been looking for excuses to slow myself down lately, it's hard to see how stressed and 'on the go' you are until you actually slow down and see the contrast. Walking
