It was a very productive day indeed. I hope everything fits in the car, the fridge will fit behind the driver's seat, I think it'll all fit but I won't be able to see out the back. I washed the side mirrors with windex, and replenished the washer fluid and oil. Is it the law that you have to be able to use the rearview mirror? Or are the side ( Read more... )

It's true. The trip is still in its planning stages (meaning the chinese government hasn't approved the funding yet) but if they do then it'll be a fully expense paid trip to China, including four meals a day, with something like seven concerts in ten days. The bad news is it would be from Dec23 to Jan3, over Christmas break, but it's China for free. I might not even get into the orchestra, they'll have auditions.
