I received my Nook in the mail yesterday, downloaded and read The Power of Less by Leo Babauta already.  I love, love, love this thing.  It's so easy to hold, and will replace so many huge books that I would have bought otherwise.  There's nothing I hate moving more than books.

I have great trouble losing myself.

So about ten years I was in a very dark place.  I went out to the ocean for a while.  I told people that it was to try to write some songs, but I really went there to try to kill myself.  I ended up writing lyrics, a lot of that ended up on The Fragile.  I wrote one song, this song.
