Hope you are (and continue) loving marriage as much as I do, despite it being an old institution...it can really still be a great thing in one's life nonetheless.
(this message is way late : just caught your journal again right now searching the Harry Partch interests at LJ and saw this post)
PS: don't see the Lance Diamond back there...maybe he's out back hittin' the 20/20 MD
Sadly, Lance did not attend. We had our friends, The Steam Donkeys, play instead. It was a fun Americana country-ish time for all. My friend Trevor had to upstage us, though, by getting Lance to perform for his wedding reception just a month before ours.
Good to hear from you again. I've been in hiding lately from all my internet activities--this spot, the myspace page, etc.
oh my gosh.. I didn't even realize it had happened! congrats to the both of you!! For tim and I it really doesn't feel much different, being married. Did people constantly ask you if you were nervous as it was approaching? they did to me... it was so strange. congrats again!
Thank you, hon, and a big congrats to you and Tim as well. Sorry I haven't been commenting more on all your blogs about it... I've kinda been withdrawn from online life lately, but I have been reading and smiling at it all. Here's to married life!
