So anyway, I've been doing the Chat Roulette thing, mainly out of curiosity and a desire to make an article like this making fun of people.

I've heard a lot about this site but I've never been to it. Some people seem to be pretty obsessed with it, which is frightening after this recap.

Is it strictly webcam chat? It sounds like the next generation of Yahoo and AOL chat rooms that were used for anything but what they were called.

last year when we were in halls we put a fake video of a girl getting naked so some guys started going uuh and stripping/jacking off, and then would we remove the video and they could see like 3 tank looking guys with a big big grin.

but seriously, chatroulette is terrifying. i came close to using it once and wimped out. i'll content myself with looking at the chatroulette tumblr and its screencaps of people talking to cats/talking to the jonas brothers/hanging themselves.
