A friend of mine from work is going on a 400km African cycling challenge for charity.  She's tiny and has a really high power/weight ratio . . . but still . . . that's amazing.

I love having friends that do things like this.  It keeps life

 It was a good one, so it deserves to be saved here.  Mostly it's about why two people choose to do what they do.

I'm really tired of being long term sleep deprived.  But I can't think of anything I'm willing to give up to achieve that goal.

What a dilemma . . . wonder how much more efficiently I can use the time I've got.
