 BBC America are getting Primeval, Skins, Gavin & Stacey and Star Stories. Which, if any, are worth watching? I'm leaning towards Primeval. I'm hoping Gavin & Stacey isn't another Cold Feet. I still haven't gotten over Rachel's death on Cold Feet. Every time I watch the episode on YouTube, I just sit there sobbing.

I've never watched Gavin and Stacey but my other half loves it.

But I do like Primeval, that's a good series and Jacob enjoys it too as there's a different "creature" in it every week - like a dinosaur, giant centipede, etc.

Seriously though:

Primeval - took me a couple episodes to get into it, but overall I enjoy it quite a bit, so yeah if you like scifi/fantasty types of shows I'd definately recommend.

Skins - haven't actually watched this one (yet).

Gavin & Stacey - this is actually a really fantastic show, and it hooks you in quite a bit. Plus there's lots of Welsh accents to go around, which are always fun ;) I don't think it's one you'll be crying over too much in the overall scheme, maybe certain episodes (although I don't know if they'll make more episodes could take the whole thing in a different direction). Yes though, I'd definately definately recommend this one.

Star Stories - I've only seen one episode of this, and wasn't too impressed, although that doesn't mean the others aren't good since they are kind of stand-alone stories. There's some good cast in these (at least some of them), but I don't know...

The boys will probably love Primeval, with all the monsters in it. Oliver thinks its great. I've never watched the other things though, I'm not one for much tv these days, I have a few shows I watch, Criminal Minds having just finished peeved me off last night. Other than that, QI and CSI when they are out, I tend to read these days.
