This morning was incredible.  I overslept, waking up to Bryan calling at 9 saying he was in front of my house, which was hilarious.  I had strange dreams that reminded me of The Sandman books, specifically about the character Rose being on adventures... it was vague and strange in a Pan's Labyrinth kind of way.  The imagery was cool though.  Anyway ( Read more... )

I didn't have work today for once, which was awesome, and my friend Marten and I were jonezing to play some videogames like it was our job, and we went on a desperate search for a TV...and we ended up using one of the TVs in the theatre which the stage manager uses to watch the maestro.  It was all sorts of sneaky pirate-y awesomeness.

It's been a long time since I last posted, life being what it is at summer stock :-).  I feel like I've gotten to grow a lot this summer.  After having a pretty damn terrible year, I feel like this summer has given me a chance to really reevaluate a lot of things, and being around all new people has helped a lot.  I made a lot of mistakes this year ( Read more... )

Well, I've been at Summer Stock in Ohio for a week as of tomorrow, and it's been pretty nuts but I enjoy it a lot.  The guys I'm working with are great, and the ongoing war between the prop shop and the costume shop never fails to keep me entertained :-).  It's all in fun after all.  Rolling rep is so damn crazy!  We're propping 7 operettas right ( Read more... )

I can't believe the semester's almost over.  I'll be back in Jersey on May 2nd, and I'm leaving for summer stock in Ohio on the 18th.  I'm just determined to get through this next week, I have two papers to write, 2 finals, and a water color painting to finish.
