I can definitely see that happening. Myrtle is a perv (but in a good way :-).

Actually maybe it's all planned by the Hogwarts staff. Letting Myrtle roam in the prefects' bathroom keeps people from shagging there.

Maybe there's a ghost in the astronomy tower too.
