This weekend my husband Davy has four days off because of Memorial Day.  We are planning on building a deck close to our chicken coop underneath a tall pine tree.  This tree provides lots of shade.  I've tried to join several groups on LJ which I haven't been accepted to any of them yet. I either don't meet the criteria or no one's around to accept my request to their communities.

I just couldn't sleep last night. I kept thinking about the horrors of days past. How this dull ache within my lungs started five years ago which hospitalized me. The memories are so vivid. Recently I've been feeling that same pain. Waking up gasping for air. Then the dry cough begins. I keep pushing this fear away ignoring these warning signs. ( Read more... )

I took a look around at the communities here on LJ which I couldn't believe the dates on some of the post. I was hoping at least there where something here to offer to get involved with besides just the journal itself. I'm just extremely over Facebook with all their censorship. I'm creatively blocked from expressing freely there. 

As I begin to write again in livejournal after 8 years of neglection; I'm finding that I need to refresh myself on the functions that LJ offers. I've long forgotten how to post pictures between the narratives of my stories.

Davy and I are still together. We actually got married. I'll have to come back to make a more detailed post later.  

Okay, I drank too much coffee and now I've got the shakes.

I woke up this morning feeling drained and tired while Davy is bouncing off the walls on his second cup of coffee. We will be going to the flea market soon.

How incredibly fascinating to have a live journal app. This'll make things so much more easier to complain about my life.
