Wonderful I just loved the constant commentary Brian was having with himself. He still snarked and moaned but instead of stalking off to get his needs met he let that strange glow inside remind him he was loved. Brian will struggle his whole life with accepting he is loved because of the damage inflicted by the Kinneys but every day he fights the fear and let's a little bit of happiness seep in. Beautifully written thank you xo

Yes - envied, admired, lusted after even he can accept ... but loved ... it has been a challenge for him.

Thank you. I think what I most disliked about the way S5 ended, was that we never got to see Brian just enjoy being in a loving relationship. (Or Justin either for that matter.) I try to write what I would have liked to have seen in canon. Glad you enjoyed this attempt.
