Well, basically my QF webmaster fell off the face of planet Earth and for the past month and I half I have been left with a domain and paying for web hosting that I can do nothing with. Kind of a bummer, and there is still time to get a website up if I can enlist the aid of someone. Just wanted to let everyone know that QF is STILL going to be ( Read more... ) -
QF update
I know it has been a hot minute since I updated QF, but as stated before everything is pretty much good to go. The Venue is reserved, most of the staff has been hired. Just looking for maybe a few more live acts to come and Dan promises to have the website up soon! I can't wait! -
Venue!!!
QRUNKFEST HAS A HOME! We will be kicking off from Ciao Event Hall in Ausitn, Texas at the Corner of I-35 and 2222.

The website should be launching this weekend everyone! As well as our venue location announcement. I'm still working hard and diligently on planning QF and coming up with new awesome ideas! Can't wait for March. -
Solid updates
Our QF rep s driving to the venue this weekend for a tour, negotiations, and hopefully a contract signing. If so then expect the official QrunkFest location to be announced around the beginning of next week. Or I might hold off and announce it as the website goes live. A web master has been hired! Thank you DapperDan, Danomyte, DANof76 for taking on the job. All other web masters that inquired with me thank you, but he offered the quickest response, and has promised 100% attention and devotion to building and maintaining www.qrunkfest.com for me. Quick update -
Found 3 great places that both allow you to rent out at any time of the day you want, and allow you to bring in, serve, and supply your own alcohol without a TBC bartender at hand. Things I need to take into consideration now are max capacity, layout, and how they accomidate to music and video set ups. Expect an announcement soon.

Yes! enlisted someone today to help with market research, development, and planning. Momma Suggs (as I will here on out refer to her) has been involved with event planning, printing companies, and all that kind of stuff before and has a wealth of knowledge and hook-ups to offer to QrunkFest. Opinions
I have been giving more and more thought to hosting the private events at my place (Friday, Sun, Mon) and making the big Sat night event at a banquet hall, convention center, hotel ballroom, empty warehouse, or something like that. Anyplace that allows private parties will do. Nothing has changed yet, but the reason I have thought about moving Sat ( Read more... )
