Today I finished Assassin's Creed Revelations. I can honestly say this is a series that does not let me down. Ever. You'd think that with how popular the games are, Ubisoft would slip up because of the pressure with continuing to make flawless games, but they don't! Well, that's my opinion anyway, and I'm sure there are many who would disagree.

AC ponderings and a Yusuf shaped rant )

UGH I'M STILL SAD ABOUT YUSUF. I really wish they'd put a little more effort into his death scene. For that matter, what on earth happened to Suleiman? He just kind of... disappeared at the end there. I mean, why introduce these characters if you're just going to lose interest?
Have you seen Ubisoft's announcement about Assassin's Creed 3? Doesn't sound like we'll be getting anything else featuring Yusuf, I'm afraid :(

Yeah...actually, once Ezio got back to Constantinople the story seemed rather rushed to me. Yusuf's death was way too quick, especially considering he was quite a major character, and I can't believe he died off screen. I was expecting him to at least hold out and then die in Ezio's arms or something. And yes, Suleiman was another major character who just dropped off the radar. What the hell?! It's a bit annoying when you begin to care about these characters and then they just vanish/casually die.
When you say announcement do you mean about AC 3 being released this year? Is so then yes! Does this mean we won't be getting and DLCs for Revelations? This does not please me.
