I went to Shedd yesterday…that place is pretty fricking sweet. Wanna know what’s even sweeter? I get in FOR FREE, since I’m a teacher. Yeah, that’s right. Scale bought. Scale says 250...now down to 245. Feel pretty good about that, even though the pounds dropped were mostly water weight, and that whenever you start a new diet, your body drops some "shock pounds," and then gains them back whenever it gets used to the new regime ( Read more... )
