I received some paper samples at work the other day. And I was looking through them as my sales person was explaining things to me, and I got totally distracted with feeling the embossing samples. The more you talk about your job, the more I think "this is exactly what I want to do."

I LOVE PAPER. I think I was the only one in the department who was excited to go on a papermill tour.

And, ha, if you know my department even exists you're one step ahead of the game. I tried researching what my job is, but gave up quickly (I guess I could write it up myself sometime, buy why). I found this page of the "book process," and my entire job is found under step 8 where it blandly says, "files are sent to the printer." Thanks a lot, about.com.

Besides the fact that my son is pretty fantastic... why do you think I love being a mom? I get to play with kids toys again! I figure it's fairly similar to your love of sparkly, fun book stuff. :D It all brings more FUN to life as an adult and there's gotta be some fun to life because being an adult is otherwise kind of bland.
