Conclusion: I really hate running.

I never loved it to begin with. But it seemed like I could do it, and I started this program, and I got about three weeks in when I realized that I don't like it. Yay cycling!!!

I'd much rather bike outside, but ugh, in this humidity? Hell to the no!

I miss my spinning classes. :( Work is being mean and overwhelmingly busy again. Really, I could still go most days, but then I'd just feel more overwhelmed at work and that's just as bad as not going to the gym on the stress-o-meter.

I'm with you on that. I hate running. What's your opinion of hiking on a non-humid day?
