Conclusion: I really hate running.
I never loved it to begin with. But it seemed like I could do it, and I started this program, and I got about three weeks in when I realized that I don't like it. It doesn't make me feel good, I get no enjoyment out of it, and there are plenty of other cardio things I could do that don't include pushing myself to

I'd much rather bike outside, but ugh, in this humidity? Hell to the no!
I miss my spinning classes. :( Work is being mean and overwhelmingly busy again. Really, I could still go most days, but then I'd just feel more overwhelmed at work and that's just as bad as not going to the gym on the stress-o-meter.
