I work with this really cool chick ( at my dads office) Annie and she gave me this awesome new diet which shes tried and did lose 3 kgs in 5 days! that is 6ish pounds or so I'm guessing :) so basically in 10 days you can lose bout 6 kgs :) Something we would alll love ( Read more... )
