WATER, HOW I LOVE THEE. Water is so so so filling guys. I mashed my food a little and played with it, and had little bites, with a sip of water inbetween bites. It fills you up so easily, with less calories!
Today I ate half a cup of popcorn and watched movies all day to keep my mind off of food. I feel like such a fatass. I need to workout like there's no tomorrow. Darn you popcorn, I could feel your salty calories make my thighs thicker by the second.
