We're buying a townhouse. In Rocklin. I'm so very very excited, but I'm really scared too. As soon as I can get through to someone at the development I'm taking over the loan paperwork so that they can get to processing it. We wanted to go with our own lender, but when they'll take 30K off the asking price and do all the window treatments for free
