We finished about 98% of the flooring today. We arn't happy with either of the moldings from the manufacturer and arn't sure what we're going to do about it. But here are ( pictures. )

We're replacing the carpeting in the dining room with hardwood this weekend. Its a whole lot more work that I thoguht it would be, but we're getting it done. Pictures of what we've done ( today )

We're buying a townhouse. In Rocklin. I'm so very very excited, but I'm really scared too. As soon as I can get through to someone at the development I'm taking over the loan paperwork so that they can get to processing it. We wanted to go with our own lender, but when they'll take 30K off the asking price and do all the window treatments for free ( Read more... )
