My vegetarian mantra is going out the window, as is my atheism: Pray for me, Sacrificial lambs okay here… whatever it takes. Holy crab cakes! I'm freakin' out!

They asked me to specify salary requirements in my cover letter, which I've never done before. I was thinking, that sucks! How do you word that???

"My preliminary salary requirements are from $**,*** to $**,***, depending upon the benefits package offered by your company, and the scope of the position. With regard to salary, I am sure that your company has a fair compensation program, and my primary interest is in opportunity."

All that cleverly written babble really equates to what you just said :)
