I'm in the midst of a huge headache. Not my usual, back of the skull, dull ache. This one is full-on, massive throbbing, front of the head, on top of the eyes. I tried to lie down, but that just takes it to the point of being unbearable. Sitting up seems to be better

sounds like sinuses?

try taking ahot shower, even sitting down in the shower and breathing in the steam, see if that helps some...

Actually, I ended up calling my massage therapist for an emergency session. She came over, we did a full cranio-sacral session, and the headache was GONE. I've been dealing with some life decisions this week, and apparently there are some underlying issues there. So, after the therapy, some talking, and more crying, I think I'm back on track.

...though, it might have been partially sinus, too, because the weather has been changing quickly around here, and I do notice that I get sinus headaches more often.

My headaches are as varied as the day is long.
