That doesn't sound good maybe you should find away to get away from all of your troubles for a while. Maybe you should go on vacation....If you don't find a way to calm down you might end up in a mental instatution. :( and i'm kind of mad at you for cutting yourself but I can't do anything about that.

oh p.s my mom drinks green tea for her stress maybe you should try that.
