2) I've got some gift certificates to barnes and noble. Maybe I'll check it out. Also, who knows about kendo, I've barely practiced up at college.
6) Hmm, you're not the first one to do this to say that I remind them of that, interesting.
7) While I admit that I don't know you quite well enough to give a qualified, definite answer, I'd be strongly inclined to say no, you seem quite pleasant to be around, and there is nothing wrong with having a large vocabulary.

My bookshelf space is very, very valuable real estate, and I'd be glad to see the book go to a good home.
About the tortoise; somehow it's your stockiness, the squareness and angles of your facial and body structure remind me of the shell.
I can be pleasant... and I can also be unpleasant. Heh heh.
