my surgery went really well. I feel amazing right now. I can't wait to unwrap my present and show it off. I'm healing really well and am able to do a lot more than I thought I would. I am trying to take it easy but I'm so bored of watching TV and movies ( Read more... )

CONGRATS!!! That's freaken amazing bro', I'm so happy for you! And I hear you. I went in thinking I had at least some muscle definition before surgery but apparently nada. My right pec is okay now but my left pec suffers from a pleat that seems determined to prevent any muscle formation. Do NOT do as I did. I begun with 3-5 pound dumbbells at 3 weeks post-op. Everyone tried reasoning with me but I was stubborn. It didn't hurt or change the paste of healing (or cause the pleating) however I am quite certain it caused my scars to stretch.

Will I see you at the TDOR ceremony tonight? My boyfriend and I will be at the 519 for 6:30.

The 1st 2 trip are out East BUT if they go well, it could lead to Winnipeg & Vancouver. *crosses fingers*

Congrats on many levels, Dude. The thing about your mom calling you Cole when you woke up is pretty darned touching. When I read it I made a very vocal "Awwwwwww!" Glad everything went well too.

When I read it, I cried a little bit.

I'm a little bit speechless right now, Colio.
I just love you a whole lot and my heart is very happy for you, buddy.
