Well, I'm quite sure that half of the presentation they're going to spend mesmorized by your hotness, and then the other half they'll remind themselves to be professional and pay attention to your work.

... no? I suppose flattery doesn't help nervousness.

I honestly think that your 'insider' knowledge of the program-shutdown will speak volumes about how prepared you are (and if you're not prepared or if it isn't insider knowledge, just be glad that you actually know about it... it would've sucked to find out half way through your presentation) and how familiar you are with the local organizations. Do a little research on why it was closed down or what happened, and you might be able to work that into your work - maybe it adds strength to your work by indicating the dire need for this to be done before other things start shutting down.
