I took an evening trip down to Boston with a few friends to see Jose Gonzales, an acoustic guitar player. If you get a chance to see him, I highly recommend it. I started reading a very fun book that I heard of on The Onion AV Club - it's called The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. I don't read a lot of fantasy, but so far this has been very satisfying and fun, to the point of I can't wait to get home and start reading. Just wanted to put that out there to spread the word.

For Christmas my aunt and uncle ask for a CD of music you enjoy, and it's always fun putting it together. Most of these are songs or artists I hear on Radio Paradise or Pandora. I thought I'd share ( Read more... )
