There's something nice about a rainy late spring day. It's cool for the first time in almost a week, the breeze is from the north, and it's a quieter, more subtle kind of day.

As a side note, the house is being inspected today, so we should know soon whether or not it's structurally deficient or has any issues. Keepeth thy fingers crossed.
