you just need to learn to be happy with your self there is no right way to do this but you need to realize that you are alot better then you think maybe you should stop thinking about how you gained weight and how you are not good enough and start listing to people like me (Ray) you are not over weight so stop talking like that and you are so beautiful so i dont want to even hear you say your not. i dont know what your problem is with always thinking you are not good enough. But i will say this if you keep thinking that no one will want to be around you you need to stop dragging your self down i know i hate to see you say things like this for i know how great of a person you can be. so let your self be this person. Let me say this for every one we all think you are one of the most beautiful ladies i know and i am not saying that to make you feel good or anything like that i am saying it cause it is true ask any one they will all say it. i have friends of mine who have seen pics of you that i took and ask me who is the hot girl. so

Jen...u need some help...I am not sayin this in a bad way, but the way u hate urself is not normal....u need to see someone and talk to them about...I am not tryin to be mean and say that u are a couple of sandwiches short of a picnic...but u need to see a doctor aor counceler or something....just to talk to and stuff....this journal used to help ya lil bit by gettin things off ur mind, but from what I can see it's not helpin much anymore...it's not a bad thing to reach out for help, but it prob is a bad thing if you dont....I luv ya Jen and hearin u like this aint cool....think possative girl...talk to someone <3 Dan Hood
