Not as great today. It's overcast and gloomy, not a day for the park. A day to be stuck inside, an evening to go to work, blah. Today a cat followed Aidan and I halfway home from the park. For a moment I thought I must have found a familiar in this scrawny, golden calico stray, that braved even street crossings to follow me. So, the therapy thing. I had the type of treatment wrong too; I was searching the net for the type of therapy it was because I couldn't remember what it was called. Now I know for sure though, EMDR. Today is Samhain. I am little sad. We went to the Unitarian Universalist church yesterday morning. I don't recall if I've mentioned how we've been going to services there.
