My mom called me and said "Adam, are you sure you still want to be a teacher?" My mind raced as to why she'd say this. Did she talk to someone who told her some horror story? What could it be? I totally agree. You can't live your life based around fear - especially fear of the extremely unlikely!

I'm at a point in my life where nothing scares me. Slight phobias to STDs and jumping out of planes, but that's about it. Life is an experiment. I'm just going to embrace life and have as much fun and as many experiences as I can while I'm alive.

Yeah but its the same as living your life being afraid of every little thing. If you let the "what ifs" make all your decisions, you will never get anywhere. :D

I agree with you, but I'd probably be worried too if I was in your moms shoes...lol

I mean that I agreed with what you were saying, you cant be afraid of the off chance that a freak accident could happen or you will never truly live and enjoy life.

Communications teacher. Photography, Audio/Video, Media, Animation, Web Design... Luckily it's optional credits and stuff they usually want to learn. =oD
