I love Toronto. Love it. But the city is going to shit (in a manner of speaking) and getting uglier by the minute. I just spent some time on www.mls.ca looking at real estate and Montreal CARES about remaining beautiful, and the developments there are fantastic! Beautiful. In keeping with the "feel" of Montreal.
