Here come the walls!

I've noticed that a lot of my circular thought patterns are based on heavy metal music from the eighties and, to a lesser extent, the nineties. It's a bit annoying, maybe invasive, even. If my mind is going to spiral out of control, it would be nice to have a better sound track. I just don't see the need of "Ah...ah...ah...ah... Staying alive ( Read more... )

Have you considered getting a walkman... or the modern equivalent, a discman?

If you had a radio you could listen to 99.8 The Fox! The music on there is just as bad as any 80's metal you can think of.

To me that looks like the theme to the show "Trading Spaces" just before they show what the redecorated room looks like compared to what it used to look like two days ago. Except, there as a "do-do-do-doooo-do" that overlaps with the "rrooowwwwwwwnnn."

Perhaps if you tried more linear thought patterns as opposed to circular thought patterns you might have more success. Or you could try zig zag thought patterns, or perhaps a simple sine wave would do the trick. Yes, that's it. A sine wave. Then all you would hear all day is
