Logbook
I looked at the logbook today. When I bought my Highlander on Oct 9th, 2006 it was new to me at 69386 miles on the odometer.
When I filled the gas tank yesterday it had 143828 miles on it. 73K over four years puts it a bit above the national average for my age group, but is understandable if you factor in that ArmyTown (Killeen, Lawton) is at ( Read more... ) -

Commercial night
Tonight was watching The Gruen Transfer clips on YouTube. The Gruen Transfer is an Australian ABC show deconstructs and educates informs about the methods, science and psychology of the advertising industry. The highlight was definitely the Cannes Winner clip. h/t IYP

2009.05.30 -- A brief pause, stuck in Bangor
We've made it out of Germany.
We landed at Bangor International Airport for fuel.
Then routine inspections discovered a mechanical fault that currently delays our departure (the same fault that held us up in Germany).
We'll get back to home station eventually.
