If you voted for Hillary in the primaries, post here, and announce your gender.

I am curious about this. (I think anonymous comments are allowed)

I did, but you already knew that. I think I am the only person I know around my age that did.

(I am not a Californian reader of your blog, northern or otherwise.)

I am a male and I could not distinguish between Obama and Clinton on the issues. I disagree with some of their positions and agree with others, but overall I like each about as much as the other. I like them all a great deal more than the Republicans, of course.

I took a coin into the booth and it came up tails, so my vote went to Clinton.

I didn't register in time for the primaries. I was an Obama supporter from before the main stretch of campaigning. But then, slowly, I started doubting Obama more and more as he kept saying things in his debates that countered every thing I was saying to defend him, until last week, when I finally decided that I would now prefer if Clinton won.

My reasons are purely political. RE: Anonymous' comment, there's more than just the issues. There's their views on what a president's job is, and how well they are at coming up with a feasible solution to a problem. I posed this question to a lot of other people... Assuming that all the candidates supported your set of views on the issues, who would make the best president? From the beginning even as an Obama supporter, I always thought Clinton was the best spoken, most intelligent, could come up with a solution and legit backing arguments to any problem posed to her on the spot. She doesn't have the charisma factor, but she makes up for it by her sheer knowledge and intelligence.

I am a man, and I voted for Hillary. I read Paul Krugman's NYT editorial on Monday, which stated that Hillary's health insurance plan was the only one spitting distance from universal healthcare out there; offering more universal coverage than obama's. That's why I voted for Hillary.

Aand I get the feeling that Obama's real good at stumping, but I'm getting sick of hearing "change, change, change," etc etc etc.
