so....its been awhile since I updated. I am going to Iceland for an undetermined amount of time on Tuesday... super pumped, also a little nervous. this trip seemed so far on the horizon for so long, and now it is upon me! returning from Kingston
Just had a very nice visit with my Amma. We had a lovely time. Highlights include when we went to Lemoine's point, and admired the lovely trilliums. We also went to go see A Shine of Rainbows - cheesy title, but very sweet film. Beautiful cinematography and scenery. so. I have not updated in a long time. School is good so far this semester. I have been in quite good spirits since the winter break rejuvenated my soul. Next month Bryan is taking me to Cuba for reading week(!!!) so I am really excited about that. wow, the decade of my youth is drawing to a close. is this what we will look back on fondly as our heyday? I sort of hope not. -
When does this unreal idyll everyone assures me I am living end and "real life" begin?
Wow...just saw it was Sept 1st in the iCal icon, and I feel somewhat freaked out. Years and years within the education system has made me feel as if September is the real new year. I do not know if I am ready for this one to start. I definitely want to live it, I just feel as if I am entitled to a little more time before it does. -
end of summer
where did the summer go? there was a whole lot of me being busy with more school, then there was garbage everywhere, then there was a sweet little kitty that monopolized all my free time, combined with a lack of money. I have overall enjoyed myself, but I wish I socialized more, or did something interesting with my time. I have no fresh ( Read more... )
