Oh, man, those look good, but I feel your pain. :o)

Last week I made triple batches of 4 cookies, so a little over two hundred. I stinkin' love those cookies, but even I was sick of them by the time all was said and done. I found a new cookie though that I can't wait to try next year! It's the chocolate candy candy cookies here:

Oh, none of these are breakfast cookies.

As you'll recall, those are plain cookies with white icing...

So chocolate chip on the left, peanut butter on the right...what's in the middle?

Pecan Shortbread (I am considering dipping the bottoms in chocolate, or one side. Not sure what)
Key Lime White Chocolate Chips
Peanut Butter

This is why I can never eat my own baked goods. And man, I thought I had a lot of baking to do what with the gingerbread houses, gingerbread cookies and croquembuche. But that's nothing compared to all your hard work!

Oh come on - I'd say that if you are making gingerbread houses, cookies and croquembouche with a 1.5 month old baby to tend to, you KNOW you win! The croquembouche alone is all cooking the dough and then doing whatever it is you have to do to croquembouche dough to make it work right.

Croquembuche will be the easiest. It's just a tower of cream puffs and those are no trouble at all. The gingerbread houses will be done this weekend and I'm only making two, one for us and one for our neighbors. In the other half of our duplex is a single dad with two little girls. They're really cute and I like making cookies and things for them. We're actually having a cookie decorating party for them and some of the other neighborhood kids.

But it's not like I don't have help. Forrest is a great dad, he loves spending time with Audrey. So I can always do what I need to do without worrying about her.

gads. I can't even find the time to sign three or four holiday cards and get them in the mail and look at all you accomplish.

If it weren't for Break & Bake, my kids wouldn't get cookies anymore.

Um, YOU WORK A MILLION HOURS A WEEK!!!!

I don't know when you find time to sleep, much less make any cookies.

What I do with NO JOB should really just make you think, "Wow, if I had no job, I would be stuck making 300 cookies!"

:-)
