i went to a support group for ppl with depression ocd adhd and other things.
it was interesting.
preston and i are taking dancing, waltz, salsa, mambo, fox trot.
should be great.

i am still currently reading the same book.

i dont know why or how i am so depressed. i always have had these fits.

i feel sick when i look at the people i work with.

i am ashamed of who i am. i embarass everyone and myself.

i must look self centered to whoever should come across this.
