4am, after you had 7 hours of sleep (6am in winter). It's silent enough to focus, even for programmers, and you get done more before 8am than after 10pm, just because you get an incredible boost by the sunlight. Also helps against insomnia, anxiety, and weight problems. Empirically proved! Try it for one summer, and see what a difference it makes! &hearts

On/Off-thing with a feminine man that never translated into carnal knowlegde in the first place -- each time we decided to copulate, the universe intervened and said NO!
