First day of spring break!! Today's accomplishments: Ate carne asada fries with Branden, took a very long nap, watched "Pirates," learned some Beethoven on piano, hung out with my bunny, and ate gluten-free brownies. Life is good.

Don Carlo was amazing. It was 4 hours long, but it felt like 45 minutes. The arias were gorgeous, the characters were so humanized, and the depiction of the church as an evil force was extremely bold. Juan and I loved it. It's official, I'm a graduate with honors. I picked up my diploma with Branden this afternoon, and as I was searching for the proper ID, Bowie's "Space Oddity" came on the muzac (that's my favorite song, well, that and "Karma Police"). That made me so friggen' happy, it was like a sign... I'm going to be ok. Eventually.
