Since the semester ended for me on Friday, I have been soaking in my lazy days. It's amazing that I could actually become, dare I say it, bored. School was keeping my cog-wheel of a mind rolling, and now my mind is mush. I've thought about reading for fun, at last, but I almost don't want to because then that would feel like school. There's something about hearing that familiar voice on the other end of the receiver. There's something about the lovely intonation, the unmistakable tone, the recognizable pitch in voice. Staring at a blinking cursor bar is almost hypnotic when wondering what to compose.
