After almost two and a half years of Microwave-free living, I finally bowed to the siren call of convenience cooking and bought myself a Microwave. I had a £5 off voucher from Argos and it seemed like the most sensible thing to spend it on. My god, the Wii is So. Much. Fun. and I've only got the WiiSports at the moment!

*boing* My Wii has been dispatched. Somewhat optimistically hoping to get it tomorrow, more likely to be next week but I can hope!

First time I've ever bought a console so close to release date. I just loved the idea of motion-sensitive control!

Just a quick post from an internet cafe. I'm still alive! My new apartment is still wonderful. I got a phone line put in yesterday (from the most talky Irish BT engineer) and it should be 20 working days before Tiscali get around to putting the wire in the socket and ta-dah, giving me internet.

Want internet back now!
