I've given up on trying to find a mouse you can use left-handed. Unless you want a standard blocky one that leads to you losing half the feeling in one side of your hand after using it for too long, there are no left handed mice.
I have a game on my Sony Clie called "Aldon's Crossing" that lets you choose whether you want the little status buttons on the left or right side of the screen. It's the only game I can think of that lets you choose your handedness.
I keep my mouse on the right side partially because I got used to it being there from hs/college computer labs, sharing a 'puter at home, etc., and also because it allows me to click with my right hand while I type one-handed with my left, which I don't think I'd do as well reversed.

You can't find a good left handed mouse even! Most are form fitted for a right hand! It is just so very wrong.
