I noticed Hermione's erratic behaviour too. She seemed far less concerned with using magic inappropriately on people. And she usually backs Harry's theories to some extent, but it was as though she was determined not to listen to him this time around and do the I-told-you song and dance when her theory about the Half-Blood Prince turned out to be partially true.
