Wassup LJ.

I've made a post for A Day In My Life but I've copied it all here too. Yay. This was what I did on Friday.

Mmm, details )

Two things:

1. I had no idea you were watching Big Bang Theory while we were talking. Fuck you.

2. Good teethbrushing photo. I feel like this is a difficult thing to accomplish.

2a. THE FOOD. THE FOOD. Oh my god. You are never going to readjust after that.

1. Lol. You can pretty safely assume that whenever I'm on the computer I'm also watching something :P Also I enjoy how in that photo you can see when I said "OKAY FUCK OFF THEN' in the previous convo. Our friendship looks so healthy <3

2. Thank you! I was brushing my teeth for like three times as long as necessary in my attempt to get a good shot.

2a. GURL I KNOW. I weep to think about it. I was looking at the ADIML that I did in 2009, and the photos of food in that and I got a bit depressed.

ehy pazza, which one horse town do you live in? in melbourne, where the decent italians live, acqua frizzante is readily available.

and waiting to hear back from delphine. things should be cool though. french people, like those pesky italians, don't hurry with anything.

Well it's readily available, but it's not so ubiquitous as it is here. Like when you go buy a bottle of water in Perth you are 98% of the time faced with the choice of still water or a different brand of still water. Whereas here it's 50/50. Is it seriously 50/50 in Melbourne? Mind blown, if so.

Damn Euros.

Well, it depends where you eat. Chapel St, Lygon St, Acland St, inner city cafes and boutique cafes for sure. In the outer 'burbs, it would be less so. But Melburnians think they're European so there is that pretentious twat factor too.

Hehe, yeah it's pretty commonly available in Perth restaurants, but unless it's Tonic Water or the occasional San Pellegrino it's relatively rare to find it outside of restaurants. In Italy everywhere you come across bottled water, half of it is ~naturale and half of it is ~frizzante/~gassata and you have to specify/choose. And it's the same price. So I've been faced with it way more over here. '

What's it like in France? Bottled water markets are obviously fascinating to me :P.

How come I have a rugby player-like torso in that photo? Weird.

Also well done on having such a productive day while getting very little achieved. This is what happens when you try to get stuff done: CRUSHING FAILURE.

Yeah, so I'm definitely not going back to Italy unless I get over this gluten thing, I wouldn't be able to handle it.

You know what? I bet customs are holding onto your package because there were m&ms in it. So it's your fault for demanding such things.

Pretty places and PRETTY FACES that's right I miss your face and I was going to say something else but I forgot. That cone head dog was pretty amusing. Oh yes that's right I was feeling sympathetic that all of the places seem to be closed a lot. Really a lot.
