The actors playing Cameron and Chase must have signed some sweet contracts to still be in the opening credits despite their lack of screen time.

And I want to know why they offed him so abruptly. Apparently, things will be explained at http://ausiellofiles.ew.com/ once the episode airs in Hawaii. I'm going to be checking that page as soon as I get up tomorrow morning, that's for sure.
